CHICKEN BROTH COUSCOUS

Low in starch, high in protein, a bowl of soft veggie steamed couscous for the win! Add Naturalli Couscous to your #DetoxPantry this January as you continue to commit to those health goals!

 

1 cup Naturalli Couscous
2 Tbsp extra vegetable oil
2 Finely minced garlic cloves
1 1/4 cups chicken broth, vegetable broth or water
1 tsp orange zest
Salt
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dania

 

Method

Fry your garlic in oil
Take off the heat to add your broth or water
Bring that up to a boil and season it to taste
Add your Naturalli couscous and cover for 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and mix in dania and orange zest.

Enjoy.
