NATURALLI COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BALLS

Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon whole milk
2 cups dark or milk chocolate, broken into pieces
Naturalli desiccated coconut for decorating

Instructions
Line two baking trays with baking paper and set aside. Use a mixer to beat the butter and sugar until combined.
Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Add flour and Naturalli cocoa powder and mix until a soft dough forms. Stir through chocolate chips.
Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared tray. Gently cover the balls with plastic wrap and then place them in the fridge or freezer to chill for at least 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, and then gently lift it out with a fork. Give it a little shake to remove excess chocolate and then pop it on the prepared tray.
Sprinkle over your Naturalli Coconut. Place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
